It really couldn't be much simpler to place an order. Design your badge and send the design to us. Tell us how many badges you want and send the appropriate payment; then sit back and wait for your badges to arrive - it's as simple as that.

The easiest way is to simply click on the appropriate "Buy It Now" button on our prices page, for the quantity of badges that you want, and then email your artwork to sales@brilliantbadges.co.uk

The easiest way to pay us (and the way we prefer) is via Paypal, through which you can pay using most major debit or credit cards - it's secure and it's quick which means we can get on with producing your order.

If you haven't used the "Buy It Now" buttons on our prices page, perhaps because you want a different quantity to those shown, then once we receive your order we will contact you to sort out payment. If you really don't want to pay online, you can pay by cheque, bank transfer, or postal order. If you want to do this, please tell us in your email to us with the design. We'll email you back details of who to make the cheque payable to, where to send it etc. You should be aware that your badges will not be produced until we receive the payment.

We normally turn small orders (up to 500 badges) round in 6 working days, or less, so, adding a day for postal delivery, you should normally have your badges within 10 days from us receiving the order and payment. Larger orders may take a few days more. Badges (up to 500) are normally despatched using Royal Mail First Class post, whilst 1000+ are sent Special Delivery - requiring a signature on receipt.
